Republish, reproduce, duplicate, or copy Rowan & Rose materials
Sell or commercially distribute Rowan & Rose materials
Create derivative works based on Rowan & Rose materials

Share paid digital products, course materials, worksheets, or other proprietary materials with others

Unauthorized reproduction or use may constitute infringement.

This includes, without limitation, materials associated with Rewriting the Spell™, worksheets, reflection tools, card designs, written frameworks, workshop materials, and downloadable resources.

2. Visitor Submissions and Communications

If you submit material to Rowan & Rose through this website, including through a contact form, comment feature, testimonial submission, or other interactive feature, you represent that you have the right to submit that material.

You are responsible for anything you choose to submit.

You may not submit material that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, harassing, knowingly false, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise violates another person’s rights.

Rowan & Rose may remove, decline, or disregard submissions at its discretion and is not required to monitor visitor submissions.

If Rowan & Rose wants to publicly use a testimonial, image, story, or other identifiable client material for marketing purposes, separate permission may be requested where appropriate.

Trauma treatment

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and wellbeing.

No particular result is promised or guaranteed.

6. Yoga, Movement, and Embodied Practices

Rowan & Rose may offer yoga, movement, breathwork, meditation, embodied practice, or educational content involving physical activity.

Physical activity involves inherent risks that cannot be eliminated completely.

You are responsible for choosing whether participation is appropriate for you, working within your own abilities and limitations, and seeking medical or other professional guidance when appropriate.

Stop participating and seek appropriate care if you experience pain, dizziness, difficulty breathing, injury, or other concerning symptoms.

7. No Guarantee of Results or Earnings

Rowan & Rose does not guarantee that use of this website, coaching, educational materials, reflection tools, workshops, programs, or products will produce any specific personal, professional, emotional, financial, relationship, health, or other result.

Individual experiences vary.

Any examples, stories, testimonials, or descriptions of possible outcomes represent individual experiences or examples and should not be understood as guarantees of what another person will experience.

Rowan & Rose also makes no guarantee that use of its materials or services will result in increased income, career advancement, business performance, or other financial outcomes.

8. Third-Party Websites, Products, and Services

This website may link to or use third-party websites, platforms, services, products, or resources.

Purchases, Cancellations & Refunds

9. Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase or booking unless another payment arrangement is expressly stated.

A coaching appointment, workshop registration, product order, or other reservation is not confirmed until required payment has been completed.

Prices, promotions, and event-specific offers may change.

The price and terms displayed at the time of purchase apply to that transaction unless otherwise stated.

10. Coaching Appointments

Coaching appointments may generally be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

When available, use the rescheduling link contained in your confirmation email.

Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be eligible for rescheduling or refund according to the terms of the individual service.

Appointments cancelled, changed, or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice are generally nonrefundable, except in a genuine emergency.

If Rowan & Rose needs to cancel an appointment, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a refund for the affected session.

For packages, multi-session engagements, or longer coaching programs, additional enrollment terms may apply.

11. Workshops, Classes, and Events

Unless different terms are provided for a particular event:

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event may be eligible for a refund or transfer to another available event.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event and participant no-shows are generally nonrefundable.

If an emergency prevents attendance, contact Rowan & Rose. Exceptions may be considered individually.

If Rowan & Rose cancels an event, registered participants will be offered a refund or the opportunity to transfer their registration when appropriate.

Partner-hosted offerings

Some classes, workshops, or events may be hosted, processed, or sold through another studio, business, venue, or platform.

When another organization processes the registration or payment, its cancellation and refund policy may apply.

Any different policy presented at the time of registration will control that purchase.

12. Digital Products

Digital products may include:

Workbooks
Reflection guides
Worksheets
Downloadable PDFs
Digital editions of Rowan & Rose materials
Templates
Recorded or electronically delivered resources

Because digital products provide access to copyrighted material that cannot practically be returned, digital product purchases are generally final sale and nonrefundable after access or delivery has been provided, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

If you:

Receive the wrong file
Cannot access your purchase
Receive a corrupted or unusable file
Experience another technical delivery problem

contact Rowan & Rose so the issue can be corrected.

13. Physical Products

Physical products may include books, workbooks, journals, card decks, anchor kits, stones or crystals, candles or ritual items, and similar Rowan & Rose products.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact Rowan & Rose within 7 days of receipt.

You may be asked to provide your order information and a photograph showing the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, Rowan & Rose may provide:

Replacement
Refund
Store credit

Generally nonreturnable items

Unless otherwise required by law, refunds or returns are generally not offered for:

Used products
Personalized or customized products
Digital resources included with physical products
Change-of-mind purchases made at markets or in-person events
Natural variations in stones, crystals, botanicals, or similar natural materials

Natural materials vary in color, texture, shape, size, pattern, and appearance. Such variation is expected and is not itself considered a defect.

14. In-Person Market Purchases

Unless an item is defective or a different policy is clearly stated at the time of purchase, purchases made at markets, festivals, pop-ups, fairs, or similar in-person events are final sale.

Customers should inspect physical merchandise before completing the transaction whenever reasonably possible.

If a market purchase includes a digital resource or QR-code-delivered material and you have trouble accessing it, contact Rowan & Rose for assistance.

15. Shipping

When Rowan & Rose ships physical products, delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Rowan & Rose is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural events, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.

If an order appears lost or arrives damaged, contact Rowan & Rose so the issue can be reviewed.

Any additional shipping terms shown at checkout are incorporated into these Terms.

Website Liability Terms

16. No Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, information and services offered through this website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Rowan & Rose does not warrant that:

The website will always be available or uninterrupted
The website will always be error-free
Every defect will be corrected
Servers or website functions will be free of viruses or harmful components
Website information will always be complete, current, or appropriate for every individual circumstance

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rowan & Rose, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, this website or materials, products, services, or third-party resources made available through it.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

18. Right to Decline or Discontinue Services

Rowan & Rose may decline, pause, terminate, or discontinue a service or participant relationship when:

The requested support falls outside the scope of the service
Continuing the relationship would be unsafe or inappropriate
A participant repeatedly violates established boundaries or expectations
Harassment, abuse, threats, discrimination, or unsafe conduct occurs
Payment obligations have not been met
Another professional or service appears more appropriate for the person’s needs

Any unused prepaid services will be addressed according to the terms governing the specific offering and applicable law.

General Legal Terms

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal proceeding arising from or related to these Terms or use of this website shall be brought in an appropriate state or federal court with jurisdiction serving the area in which Rowan & Rose, LLC operates, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

20. Individual Claims / Class Actions

To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes between you and Rowan & Rose will be brought on an individual basis rather than as part of a class or collective action.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

To the extent possible, the invalid or unenforceable provision will be interpreted or replaced in a manner that most closely reflects its intended purpose while remaining legally enforceable.

22. Attorneys’ Fees and Costs

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the prevailing party in a dispute arising from or related to these Terms may be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any additional terms expressly applicable to a particular Rowan & Rose purchase or service, constitute the agreement relating to the subject matter addressed here and supersede prior representations concerning that subject matter.

24. Changes to These Terms

Rowan & Rose may update these Terms as its website, offerings, and business practices change.

The revised date will be posted at the top of this page.

Continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
